Emanuela Camacci

About the Artist

My desire is to challenge. There is no preference for
methods and media. I strive to explore the limits of various materials.

I realize works, expression of physical experiences, including humour and sensuality. My artworks as expression of imagery that provokes repulsion, humor, or embarrassment.

I want to express, to face up the oniric aspect of the life, of the dreams.
To express the biological cycle of the life,
death and metamorphosis.

Works are often made of multiple parts which I develop as studio sketches.

A final work is often made on-site and changes its location's meaning in
relation also with the acceptance and/or questioning of the viewer.

Mysterious flower, intimate, seductive. Tender and virile body in his rosy, human sensuality; alive flesh, fragil and ephemeral. Rappresentation of the biological cycle of the life and death; to flower which correspond to the feminine condition of fertility, the birth. Flower which blooms, flourishing, vigorous. Alive for a fleeting, transitory moment. Take the istant, before disappears and dies
