| About the Artist |
While we are being battered by input, I tend to catch and somewhat abstract information. I am a lifelong information/news/girls/Muppets/star wars and superhero junkie who also just so happens to draw and paint.
We can accept the fact that the human mind has far much more information, and imagery narratives to deal with now that ever thought possible. As an "artist" I absorb all of this, then process and redeliver it. I seek to somewhat un-shock with subtle and toned-down abstractions based on massive amount of information and the resulting confusion, boiling it down into these beasts and little bastards to make me feel more ok about the world, and to try to pass that along to sees the work as well.
Mainly I prefer to work in pen and ink but I occasionally break-down and paint sometimes. Photography is cheating but I do it anyhow as well.
