Lives and works in Miami, Florida
I have been immersed in the creative community in Miami for many years. I have traveled alot, lived in India for awhile, ran an alternative art exhibition space in Miami and am currently the Registrar at the Museum of Contemporary Art, North Miami.

About the Artist

I am Multifaceted and organic.
I work in multiple medias including oil on wood panel, pen and ink, mulitmedia projection installation and video.
I collect 35mm slides and have amassed nearly 30,000 individual "found" slides which I incorporate into my slides installations.

BEATLES Mandala

2001-2006
Digital and Glass Mosaic

A commission for Miami Beach Art in Public Places. I have designed a glass mosaic Mandala to commerate the arrival of the Beatles to Miami Beach in 1964. This Mosaic Mandala will be 200 square feet and will be installed in a public park very close to the ocean on Miami Beach a few blocks from the Deauville Hotel where the Fab Four originally stayed while in Miami. The text around the border has the work LOVE in the following languages: English, Korean, Hebrew, Russian, Farsi, Tibetan, Dutch, French, Spanish, Greek, Japanese and English.

Untitled (Impossible), is from a series of drawings created by using the references that surround me in my studio. Albums, text books, magazines and my memory. Collection of Liza and Dr. Arturo Mosquera.
 
Education and biography
I am primarily self-taught. I have spend the last eight years working in a contemporary art museum coordinating the exhibitions and realizations of numerous contemporary artists.
 
Future shows
I am currently working on a commission for Miami Beach Art in Public Places. I have designed a glass mosaic Mandala to commerate the arrival of the Beatles to Miami Beach in 1964.
