About the Artist

While working toward my Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in France, I decided to take my natural talent in drawing and painting more seriousely. That was in the early 1990's.

Today I'm a confirmed professional Artist. I have exhibited my work mainly in Canada and Morocco and also in France. I consider myself as a painter of DUALITY.

Duality is everywhere. Duality is everything. I have been exploring this for the last couple of years. Almost all my artistic research is about Duality. I don't paint for the sake of it. I do it to express by shapes and colors what I can't express by words. To me, painting is not only about technique, technique can be learned. There's always something to see, to analyse, and a message to synthetise from my paintings. The way an artist expresses himself is something unique. Technique is not.
